Reliability first
A lost order is a lost customer. Every design decision starts with: what happens when something fails at 8 pm on a Friday?
RapidHub is developed by RapidPay Group, a European POS company. We know the till from the inside, and we built the hub we wanted for our own restaurants.
RapidPay Group develops point-of-sale software for restaurants and shops in Europe, including the fiscal requirements of each country. Delivery platforms became part of almost every restaurant's day, and with them came tablets, re-typed orders and menus maintained in five places.
Connecting each platform directly meant a new API, a new authentication flow and a new menu format every time, and constant work whenever a platform changed. So we built RapidHub: one hub that speaks every platform's language and gives the POS a single, stable API.
RapidHub is platform-neutral and open to any POS. Our own RapidPay POS uses exactly the same public API that we document for other vendors.

Any POS can connect, and every platform is treated the same. No lock-in: the canonical order model is fully documented.
We process only what an order needs, encrypt credentials at rest and act as a data processor for the restaurant under EU law.
Clear documentation, a sandbox platform and examples in four languages, so integration takes days, not months.
We design for real service: rush hours, unstable internet, many branches and staff who have no time for errors.
